jazz ensemble for beginners with russ becker

Ages 8-12

Saturdays: 10-11 am; 16 weeks per semester

Tuition; $125 per semester, plus $15 registration

An instructional ensemble for instrumental students who are interested in developing the basic essentials of jazz performance. Emphasis is on jazz rhythms, articulation and phrasing as well as building skills for improvisation and creative musical dialogue. Motivated students who enjoy playing and listening to music will have fun being part of this weekly ensemble.
