Summer 2011 REGISTRATION OPENS AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY, MARCH 1
Highlights of the season each summer are our very popular Broadway Bound theater programs. Two shows are produced each summer in cooperation with the Westbrook Park & Recreation Department.
The program fee of $325 is payable at the time of registration; you may register for ONLY ONE production but can request to be added to the WAIT LIST for the other show. This year's schedule:

High School Musical II, Jr. directed by Joni Gage, July 25 - Aug 5
There are three ways to register:
1. By phone: call CMS at 860-767-0026 after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1st to register by phone using a credit card (MC/V/D).
2. In person: visit CMS at 90 Main Street (Spencer's Corner) after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1st to register by cash, check, or credit card.
3. By email: YOU MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH CMS TO REGISTER BY EMAIL. Send an email that contains YOUR NAME, YOUR CHILD'S NAME & AGE, TOWN OF RESIDENCE, and the SHOW CHOICE after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1st. Only those emails that are date-stamped after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1st will be considered.
Registration policies will be strictly upheld in order to ensure fairness to all those interested in registering. NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE!!
Cancellation policy: A $25 penalty for any cancellations prior to June 1st will be assessed. There will be NO REFUND for cancellations received after June 1.
These two-week shows for boys and girls ages 8-14 give your child the opportunity to experience every aspect of staging a musical. There are onstage and backstage roles for everyone, singing, dancing, acting, creating sets, assembling costumes, all in just 10 days! These shows are abridged, fully-licensed 70-80 minute presentations. You do not need to audition to participate.
Daily sessions run from 9:00-3:00 at Westbrook High School. Participants will receive an information packet describing the role-assignment process, costumes, what to bring, etc. The performance is the final Friday evening at 7 pm.
In order to give as many children a chance to participate as possible, we limit registration to one show only, although you may wait list for the other if you like. To avoid disappointment, you should plan to register early! These high-quality programs are also quite reasonably priced, adding to their popularity.
